Join Selestial Sacred Sound Sessions for a healing experience beneath the Houston sky at POST Skylawn. Surrounded by the energy of community and the beauty of the evening sky, allow yourself a sacred moment of stillness as healing frequencies guide you into deeper relaxation, reflection, and energetic realignment.

Through the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other sacred sound instruments, this session is intentionally curated to create a calming environment for the mind and body. Sound meditation may support relaxation, stress reduction, mindfulness, emotional reflection, and an overall sense of well-being.

The Full Moon is often honored as a symbolic time of illumination, release, and completion. During this experience, we invite you to reflect on what you are ready to release, create space for renewed intentions, and reconnect with your inner light.

Come as you are. Bring your yoga mat, water, comfortable clothing, and an open heart. No previous meditation or sound healing experience is required.

What to Bring: Yoga mat, water bottle, optional blanket or pillow, and an open mind.
