On September 7, Selestial Sacred Sound Sessions invites you into INTROSPECTION, an immersive sound meditation created to help you step away from the noise of everyday life and enter a deeper conversation with yourself.

Inside the Infinity Room at POST HTX Art Club, sound, vibration, light, and intentional stillness come together to create an atmosphere for reflection and renewal. Through crystal singing bowls, crystal harp, chimes, percussion, and other sacred instruments, Reginald Adams and Selena Coronado will guide you through a meditative journey inward.

This is an invitation to pause. Listen. Reflect. What are you carrying? What are you ready to release? What is your inner voice asking you to hear?

• (Optional) Eye mask and journal
