Join us for a 50-minute mat-based class that blends Pilates, barre, yoga, strength training, and functional movement into one intentional, full-body experience.

In a LANTE session you will sculpt, tone, strengthen, and support your posture while reconnecting with your body through alignment and breath. Every movement is designed to bring you into presence — intense, focused, and deeply grounding.
