Starting at 7:13PM and led by Houston Healer and Reginald Adams, this community sound meditation is an opportunity to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself while celebrating the resilience, diversity, and spirit of our city. Through crystal singing bowls, harmonic instruments, and guided meditation, we'll create a shared space where healing begins within each of us and radiates outward.
