For one night, POST is a device for seeing time. The Day That Wanted to Be Eternal by artist Reynier Leyva Novo is a site-specific installation conceived and built in situ, attuned to POST’s architecture and skyline. From the rooftop’s four orientations, a day is gathered, condensed, and returned to the surface that endured it—where image and matter meet. An observation of time; painting with moving light.

This piece features projection mapping by artist Taylor Knapps. Originally displayed at the recent French American Chamber of Commerce festival at POST, this piece will be on view to the public on Friday, November 21. Come see it for one night only!
