Movie Night on the Lawn: Arco

Come by POST for Movie Night on the Lawn, in partnership with Villa Albertine's Films on the Green outdoor film series! In honor of the 250th anniversary of French-American relations, Films on the Green will be showcasing this year French-American collaboration on the silver screen in 9 cities across the U.S.

‍

For this edition on our rooftop park, Skylawn, we'll be showing Ugo Bienvenu’s animated science fantasy film Arco (2025). ‍Directed by Ugo Bienvenu, Arco is a dazzling adventure about a 10-year-old boy from a peaceful, distant future who accidentally travels back to the year 2075 and discovers a world in peril. As Arco develops a touching friendship with a young girl named Iris, they band together, along with her trusted robot caretaker Mikki, and set out on a quest to get Arco home and potentially save the planet.

‍

Produced by Natalie Portman and featuring voices by Will Ferrell, America Ferrera, Natalie Portman, and Mark Ruffalo, this beautifully animated, English-language feature is a poetic adventure about childhood, imagination, and the urgency of protecting our planet.
