The talented team at Golfstrømmen has helped transport Houstonians’ taste buds to the waters of the Atlantic Ocean vis-à-vis the concept’s delectable seafood fare since it opened at POST Market several months ago. To further transport Houstonians beyond the confines of Bayou City dining, Golfstrømmen’s Executive Chef Christopher Haatfut will be flying in from Norway and bringing his acclaimed seafood outpost, Lysverket, along with him for a one-week gastronomic takeover.
The Lysverket pop-up will include nightly dinners at Golfstrømmen alongside brunch offerings that will bookend the week of evening festivities. Ranging in price from $75 per person to $175, the special event dining sessions across eight days from June 26 to July 3 will feature special collaborations including a special vegetable-centric dinner with Urban Harvest on June 28. Only 24 seats will be available for each special takeover event.
