Thu Thuy is your friendly hype-girl on the mic, bringing good vibes, tiny shakes, and big energy. She is an instructor at Pure Barre Cypress. When she is not teaching, she is a nurse who’s deeply passionate about health, wellness, and helping people feel strong from the inside out. Expect intentional form cues, encouragement that hits, and playlists that make the burn feel a little more fun.
