Little Loops Creative Workshop for Kids

Little Loops is a hands-on music experience designed to introduce kids to beat-making, sound, and creative play in a fun, low-pressure environment. Using simple digital tools and guided prompts, participants explore rhythm, melody, and texture while learning how music is built from the ground up.

‍

These workshops center curiosity over perfection. Kids are encouraged to experiment, collaborate, and trust their ideas—whether they’ve never touched music software before or already love making sounds at home.

‍

Rooted in hip-hop’s spirit of creativity and problem-solving, Little Loops blends music education with imagination, helping young creators build confidence, focus, and expressive skills through sound.

What kids experience:

• Making beats and loops using age-appropriate technology
• Learning how rhythm, patterns, and layering work
• Collaborating with others and sharing ideas
• Turning feelings and ideas into sound

‍

Little Loops is designed for youth ages 12-17 and is facilitated by experienced teaching artists who specialize in creative learning environments. No prior music experience is required—just curiosity and a willingness to try.
