💐💐This Sunday's 3rd Annual International Women’s Day Celebration by Houston Professional Musicians' Association honors Women in Music with an amazing line up of performances, headlined by the Houston Women's Chamber Orchestra. HWCO is led by Grace Lewis, a recent recipient of the Houston Symphony’s Excellence in Music award presented by Spec's Charitable Foundation, who has curated the music for this very special & exclusively women orchestra. Additionally, two of Grace's students are being honored in this year's celebration as they make their artist debut representing Carver High School Orchestra.

This year's festivals are produced in partnership with Holicon - an organization created by Nick Sample, an amazing artist, visionary and son of legendary Houstonian Jazz artist, Joe Sample.

Activities throughout the day include a roller-skating party and classes by Daisies & Pancakes, a local organization founded by Brandi Allen of Houston, Texas, a curated women-owned business market featuring artisan goods & crafts by local makers, a soccer pop up by Houston DASH in the front plaza, and refreshments provided by GoodTimesHTX mobile mocktail bar.
