We have partnered with TITLE Boxing Club for a 45-minute shadowbox & HIIT workout on the 3rd Saturday of every month! You'll learn the boxing basics, including combos and defensive moves, all while getting a high intensity workout in. After class, come hang with the TITLE Midtown fam down at the Food Hall for food, drinks, and mingling!
Don't forget your towel, yoga mat, and water.
All fitness levels are welcome. No experience is required.
