Juke Bounce Werk crew member and Fool's Gold Records signee DJ SWISHA is a DJ and producer whose work focuses on polyrhythmic, nostalgic dance floor ready tracks. Born in Philadelphia, he grew up as a drummer, developing a tactile sense of rhythm that he's injected deep into his club tracks — footwork, juke, booty bass, Jersey club and more are all part of DJ SWISHA’s repertoire.

As a DJ, SWISHA is a fire starter. His sets at Poland’s Unsound Festival, Berlin’s HÖR, Belgium’s Horst Festival, and countless North American venues showcase speed, technical flair, and a love of tension and release. Without warning, he might pivot from Baltimore club to jungle to Miami bass, but the throughline is always rhythm. Locally, he and his peers represent a new vanguard of Black and POC artists redefining what East Coast dance music can be. Internationally, Swisha carries the torch for a reimagined club lineage.
