The Paleta Bar serves gourmet paletas (ice pops), handmade daily from natural ingredients. These Mexican style paletas are a healthier portion than your typical popsicle. Choose a cream-based or water-based paleta. Eat it plain, or jazz it up a bit with dippings and toppings of your choice.
Our paleterias put their heart and soul into making our paletas. We want to give Houston a piece of Mexican and Latin culture in the form of a sweet treat. Our water based paletas are made from all natural ingredients, perfect for our vegan and gluten-free friends. The cream-based paletas are made with sweet cream for those die-hard ice cream lovers. We think the added layer of fun comes with adding toppings and dippings!
