We are the first of its kind Pakistani food truck combining authentic South Asian flavors with international elements to make fusion food. We specialize in Paratha Rolls aka Phatties which are wraps loaded with tender chargrilled meats and homemade sauces. We wanted to combine our favorite parts of our mom’s homemade dishes with a modern take and were voted by Eater as the 5th best food truck in Houston for our unique flavors. We would love this opportunity to give everyone a chance to see what new flavors 2nd generation immigrants are capable of.
Throughout our college years at Texas A&M, we formed a friendship over our love of food. Fast forward years later and we decided to partner up and launch a south asian street food concept in our hometown of Houston, the food capital of America. Coming from our educational backgrounds of engineering and business, we entered the world of food with no previous experience in the space and were ready to take on the challenge. Now almost a year into our business, we are excited to open our 2nd location in Houston at POST.
