GELU Italian Ice was born in 2013 in Grand Junction, CO with a handful of recipes handed down for generations. GELU became so popular it eventually made it's way to Texas, where Antonio Torres teamed up with the Colorado founders to open his first GELU Italian Ice mobile trailer.
Antonio now has two trailers in Houston and is proud to bring the GELU Italian Ice experience to POST.
