Owner Julien Eelsen grew up in Paris, France learning the way of the crêpe alongside his grandmother and aunt. Fond memories of picking gooseberries, strawberries and rhubarb to prepare fruit preserves for homemade crepes. As a French guy in Texas, he wanted to open a bistro with French roots and flair. A laid-back and approachable place for sweet and savory crêpes -- Whisk Crêpes Café was born on October 6, 2015.
